- Stamps: Features the complete set of 5 stamps commemorating the 250th Anniversary of the Recapture of Buda from the Turks (1686-1936).
- Cancellations: Dual-canceling method utilized at the origin post office:
- A special commemorative postmark neatly struck across the stamps.
- A standard regular circular datestamp struck separately on the cover envelope, leaving the stamps fully visible and clear of heavy ink. Datestamp reads September 2, 1936.
